A refined multi-storey residential building design that channels classic European apartment architecture through a contemporary Nepali lens. The result is a façade of quiet confidence — elegant, durable, and built to age gracefully. Every elevation has been considered from the street, ensuring the building contributes positively to its urban context from every angle.
Façade composition
Warm terracotta brick cladding forms the dominant vertical expression of the building, framed by bold white rendered columns and cornices. The contrast is sharp and intentional — giving the structure a rhythmic, well-proportioned appearance across all five storeys.
Balconies & windows
Cantilevered balconies with ornamental wrought iron balustrades repeat across every floor, providing each unit with private outdoor space while adding classical depth and shadow play to the façade. Large black-framed windows maximize natural light and reinforce a contemporary-classical balance.
Base & crown
A robust white plinth at street level with recessed garage doors and planted window boxes grounds the building with solidity and greenery. At the top, a deep projecting cornice and parapet roofline give the building a strong, finished crown that reads cleanly against the sky.
The palette of exposed red brick, white render, dark steel frames, and lush planted boxes delivers a building that is both classic and liveable — premium residential architecture designed to stand out in the urban streetscape for decades to come.
